What makes a good review
- Your own experience. Write as a player or parent who was actually involved with the club, agency or trainer. Say whether you’re with them now or were in the past.
- Not your own organization. Coaches and staff can’t review their own club, and agents can’t review their own agency — the site won’t let them.
- Specific and fair. Coaching, facilities, competitiveness, communication, cost and culture — say what was good and what wasn't.
- Recent enough to matter. If your experience is a few years old, say so.
What we remove
- Anything that names, describes or targets a child.
- Personal attacks, harassment, threats or hate speech.
- Private information — phone numbers, home addresses, medical or family details.
- Reviews by staff or agents about their own organization, or by a rival about a competitor.
- Fake, duplicate or paid reviews, and anything unrelated to the club.
How moderation works
Every review is checked before it is published, usually within 24 hours. Until then you can see it under My reviews in your account, marked “Awaiting approval”. Your name and email are never shown on the site.
A club that has claimed its profile can post one public reply under each review. Clubs cannot edit or remove reviews.
Something wrong?
If you think a review breaks these rules, tell us and include the club name.
