Who we are
Team Link (yourteamlink.com) is a directory that helps families compare youth soccer clubs. Questions about this policy: contact us.
What we collect
- Accounts: name, email, password (stored encrypted), your role (player, parent, coach, agent or scout), sport, and — for players — date of birth. Optional profile details you add, such as the club you belong to, a short bio, and for players their positions, height, weight, jersey number and graduation year.
- Agents and scouts: the agency or program you work for, the services or levels you cover, and links you give us (such as a staff page) so we can verify you. Your public contact email and website are shown only after we verify you.
- Reviews: your ratings and written review, plus your name and email. Your name and email are used to check reviews are genuine and are never published.
- Forms: what you send when you suggest or claim a club or contact us.
- Saved clubs and follows: the clubs you save or follow while signed in.
- Usage data: pages visited and general device and location information, collected by Google Analytics.
What is public
Your profile page is public: your name, role, photo if you add one, bio, club, the profile details listed above (but never your date of birth or account email), and how many followers you have. Players under 14 are hidden from search until a parent chooses to show them, and their profile is managed by that parent. Reviews are published without your name.
How we use it
- To run your account and show the clubs you have saved or follow.
- To moderate and publish reviews.
- To keep club information accurate and respond to your messages.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Children
Players must be at least 14 to create their own account. Younger players' profiles must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who controls whether the profile appears in search and can delete it at any time. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure site usage with Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; signing in will not work without them.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Published reviews stay on the site unless you ask us to remove them. Messages are kept as long as needed to respond.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account page, and ask us to export or delete your data or remove your reviews at any time through the contact form (choose "Delete my account or data").
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
